incandescent lips offer up a perfect kiss
a diolect derived from apathateic kids
keys to unlock a hopeless heart lie at your fingertips
i can't believe that i so desperately believed in this
blazing fury, fast like thunderstorms
undermining self and every single rule set forth
electronic ecstasy pooring from your thought process
collapse. collect. attack. i cannot watch you die like this.
what have i done? oh! who have i become?
you're barking up the wrong pixelated tree
you're swimming in the wrong pixelated sea
defragment your mind's eye
reformat your hard drive
it is time to fire towards the sun
with a copper-plated graphite gun.

I simply love those three verses.
Great idea - and you manage to actually put rythm and speed anough in your writing for the reader to get hooked.
Good job.

Regardless, excellent imagery used in relevance to our current generation - good that you focused on the effects of computers, rather than the computers themselves. The subject focus alone gives it a lot of depth from the start. You've really captured the scarily amazing amount of emotions one can start to feel through our active electronic boxes, and the change that is coming through humanity. A sort of change-or-miss-out kind of thing, which you also spotlighted well.
The title is a nice touch.
Good work. I dig this.
